Every box of Classic Mallard decoys ship with (3) Active Drakes, (3) Semi-resting Drakes, and (6) Semi-resting Hens, the most body positions ever offered at this retail price! An innovative keel design includes center tie points allowing for added motion on light wind days. Depth adjusting eyelet allows hunters to change water depths without excess decoy line. Secure strap weight location ensure an easy set up and take down. The paint schemes were developed utilizing Patent Pending UVision Technology matching the reflectance of real feathers in the full range of light visible to waterfowl, including Ultra-Violet. Our new proprietary polymer blend yields a hard, tough "battleship" feel and unsurpassed paint adhesion and durability.
The Classic Mallard Active Drake was first to be carved. Waterfowl are constantly feeding, fighting, or playing so this active drake had to be in a swimming posture. The curled upright head and extremely elongated body posture exactly replicate a content drake on the move. Next, we wanted to hit the market with a second drake, more relax, yet still alert and aware of his surroundings. Head high and cocked resting upon his back, the Semi-Resting Drake was added to the line. Lastly, we added a very subtle and content hen, with immaculate detail to finish off a complete package of both active and resting birds. |

The Storm Front keel was designed to accommodate all type of waterfowl hunting. With (4) different points to tie your decoy cord too, hunters now have more motion options that ever before. Obviously, the standard front tie keeps all of your decoys directed into the wind. Waterfowl consistently face into the wind; however an entire spread of decoys facing in the same direction is unnatural. The center tie points allow the decoy to float more freely, but also act as a hinge. This hinging motion allows decoys to move in different directions adding motion and realism never achieved before. As any experience waterfowlers know, MOTION is the key to success. The rear tie point center decoys directly into the wind. Utilizing each of the different tie point, hunters can customize the mood of their decoys, but also accommodate different wind situations. The center ties are perfect for light wind days and can really add birds to your bag with the additional motion. However, on those windy days the front and rear ties are a must to keep your decoys anchored tight to the water. The keel also features an eyelet, which allows hunters to adjust the amount of suspended decoy cord. By simply slipping the cord through the eyelet hunters can go from 3 feet of suspended cord to 8 feet. Last, but not least, ALL Storm Front floaters easily secure a strap weight between the base of the decoy and the keel!
All Storm Front Decoys are painted with Patent Pending UVision Technology. UVision paint has been on the market for the last several years and has seen tremendous success with both waterfowl hunters and turkey hunters. It’s a proven fact that waterfowl have the ability to see into the Ultra-violet light spectrum. Utilizing decoy paint that correctly matches the color birds see is the greatest advantage a hunter can have over the game they seek or challenging hunters.
